Using Democracy to Destroy Democracy

The Nazis used the tools of democracy to eliminate democracy. Now it's happening here. We see and hear what's going on with our own eyes, yet we sit passively by, watching the process of our own destruction as if it were simply a video game, a TikTok reel, or an inconsequential turn of events without personal consequence. How very wrong! How very sad!

The current administration's disregard of the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, habeas corpus, and the rule of law is unmistakable. And yet it continues.

This is not the time to stand down. This is not the time for apathy or passivity. The tools of effective resistance are all around us. Will we, the American people, take hold?
